PTSA Membership Drive ended!  Tremendous thank you to all who purchased a 2021-22 PTSA membership.  Earning an ice cream party:  Bergstrom, Carter, Cheney, Harrington, Jackson, McLaughlin, Peckinpaugh, Pietersen, Potter, Schwabenbauer, Shaw.  

Complete this SURVEY if interested in YMCA before and after school care and enrichment programs for 2022-23.  Select enrichment options you're most interested in.  Enrichment programs will be offered based on community interest and vendor availability.  Based on survey results and interest level, parents may register their elementary student in fee-based childcare programs that include enrichment.  Even if students don't need childcare, they may enroll in enrichment activities a la carte.  

Elementary lunch & breakfast:  Since the pandemic, the USDA has funded free meals to all students.  The USDA free meal waiver will expire on Thurs, June 30, 2022.  As a result, LWSD will charge for lunch ($3.75) and breakfast ($2.25) starting in the 2022-23 school year.

Free & Reduced Meal Benefits:  Applications for the 2022-23 school year will be available to complete online (preferred method) through MySchoolApps, or by manually filling out an application found on the district website.  Both can be completed after July 1, 2022.  If families currently have an application on file for the 2021-22 school year, you will receive meal benefits through October 17, 2022, at which time you will need a new application on file.  The application takes less than 10 minutes to complete, and parents need to provide just one application per family or household.
