OUTDOOR LUNCH OPTION AVAILABLE
Parents must supervise some lunches if their student(s) eats outside  Parents must be LWSD approved volunteers Parents must sign in/out at the front office  Outdoor lunch is situated east of the gym under a covered area Chairs provided; parents to put away No volunteers mean students will eat inside K-2 lunch is 11.30-11.50a; grades 3-5 is 12.05-12.25p Please visit HERE to request outdoor lunch AND sign up for supervision shifts.   ... read full article

YMCA BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL CARE
UPDATE 8/31/2022:   YMCA is unable to staff Dickinson/Explorer.  However, YMCA will transport students to/from Blackwell Elementary on the plateau.  If you need before and after school care, please register at Blackwell for 2022-23. Dickinson/Explorer partners with the YMCA to provide b efore and a fter s chool care and e nrichment opportunities (BASE).   Currently, only 4-5 families are registered for 2022-23.  We need at least 18-22 families for YMCA to support the Dickinson/Explorer campus.  For more information, fees, financial assistance, and to register as soon as possible, please visit   https://www.seattleymca.org/programs/child-care-and-school-enrichment/school-enrichment/lake-washington   ... read full article
