Enrichment Programs

Be sure to purchase your 2026-27 PTSA membership so that you are able to enroll your student(s) to partake in enrichment classes. (24 hours is usually needed for membership activation.)

If you are trying to register and receive a "No Access" or "Sorry, but you do not currently have permission to access this packet" message, please check HERE first that you have purchased a PTSA membership for the 2026-27 school year (valid Aug 2026 to June 2027). An annual PTSA membership is required by our insurance.

Registration & Commitments

Registration Dates: Opens Thurs, Sept 10 @ 8am

Closes Thurs, Sept 17 (*may be extended to try to meet minimum enrollment)

Parent/Guardian Commitment: Since enrichment programs are PTSA-sponsored, per our insurance and chaperone policies, your commitment as a parent/guardian includes the following:

Be a PTSA member. Verify purchase of a PTSA membership here first; otherwise please purchase a 2026-27 PTSA membership before registering for enrichment programs (24 hours needed for membership authorization).
Pick up your student promptly when class ends.
Enter the school to pick up your student. We cannot send students out to waiting cars.

Please note:

Fees are for the complete fall period and include all supplies and materials.
NO REFUNDS unless you find a replacement student to take your spot.
Registration is first come, first served. We may cancel if enrollment does not meet minimums.
Behavior expectation policy: School and classroom rules still apply during enrichment classes. If your student does not follow these rules, parents will receive an emailed warning about their student's behavior. After a second emailed warning, student will be withdrawn from the enrichment class without a refund.
A dedicated chaperone must volunteer to chaperone all classes and be a PTSA member (verify purchased membership here) + be an approved LWSD volunteer, as required by our insurance policy. Tuition costs for one child will be waived for full chaperones.

Financial aid: Available to those in need on a limited basis. For more information, please contact the school counselor.
